We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ADON to join our team! Our ADON will successfully comply with all local, state and federal regulations governing LTC, provide in-service training of all staff, maintaining up-to-date educational attendance records, develop and conduct orientation and CPR training for new, rehired and contractor employees, act as the liaison between nursing units, admissions and the DON, and plan and facilitate meetings and committees regarding RT care issues. You will also assist with annual performance reviews, and assist the Staffing Coordinator with nursing schedules to meet facility/census requirements. Educational Requirements: Must have a valid State of Virginia RN license Position Requirements: RN in the State of Virginia, in good standing CPR Certification Job Specific Details (FT, PT, Hours, Weekends, etc.): Full time salaried. Monday through Friday. Required Experience: Prior experience as ADON preferred. Prior experience as RN Supervisor in nursing home required.
