STAFFING
COORDINATOR/SCHEDULER Personal Touch Home Care, a National Provider of Medicare home care services since 1974, is seeking a qualified Full:Time Staffing
Coordinator/Scheduler for our Chesapeake Location.
QUALIFICATIONS
:Licensed Practical Nurse with current valid license to practice in Virginia and home health scheduling experience preferred
:Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
:Must be organized with the ability to multi:task
:Must be detail oriented
:Must be able to read, write and maintain records in English
JOB SUMMARY The Staffing
Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient care staff within appropriate time frames and providing assistance to administrative staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES
:Schedules all necessary personnel and resolves all last minute cancellations
:Participates in compiling schedules and time summaries and submits to Clinical
Director/Supervisor weekly.
:Communicates with patients/families regarding desired services
:Participates in on:call rotation
