Job Description:/h3:

The Senior Security Engineer will develop Accreditation Packages in accordance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) process supporting US Navy Combat Systems i.e. radar, sonar, weapons, navigation, machinery controls, communications or electronic warfare systems. This position will be located at Dam Neck.
Reports to the STF on:site technical lead and government customer. Provides on:site management and participates in the development of C and A packages. Makes decisions and coordinates with all parties to de:conflict package development issues and requirements to ensure on time delivery. Attends meetings, provide verbal and written reports to higher authority on the status and progress of schedule and milestones. Reviews packages, and makes/identifies critical path recommendations for efficient execution. Provides monthly status reports in accordance with PWS deliverable schedule.
Must have Life:Cycle Engineering experience, C and A Package development, developing system requirements and strategy for future system securities, development and implementation of cybersecurity controls and architectures, conduct system analysis, lead in the development of cybersecurity system artifacts.
Ten (10) years of full time professional experience providing technical expertise, advice and leadership for the design, testing, operation, or maintenance of maritime platform warfare and control systems within a specific domain such as combat control, radar, sonar, weapons, navigation, machinery control, communications or electronic warfare. Five (5) years general professional experience or equivalent academic background in systems engineering providing requirements analysis and total life:cycle systems design. Two (2) years of full time professional experience providing cyber security engineering support for maritime platform warfare and control systems to include the development of C and A packages, cybersecurity vulnerability analysis, and the implementation of cybersecurity controls.
Bachelor of Science in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
